Project recognised as the country’s safest project ever and the best performing in the 100-year history of this oil and gas major.
- Account Manager for a 4-year safety HSE transformation programme with Middle East oil and gas operator. Delivered 20% improvement in LTI rate, reduced workarounds from 700 to 7 (reducing risk) and delivered a measurable culture improvement.
- Led HSE management system upgrade with Middle East governmental organisation, developing and implementing new HSE policy, operating model, management system and operating procedures.
- Account Manager for multi-year relationship with Middle East shipping company. Defined and cascaded new company vision and mission, redesigned annual business planning and performance management processes and coached senior leadership team.
- Led 9-month productivity improvement programme with Middle East chemicals construction project. Supported project to complete in 9-month period vs. original 12-month projection, generating extra $100m revenue for the client.
- Account Manager for multi-year relationship with Middle East shipping company. Defined and cascaded new company vision and mission, redesigned annual business planning and performance management processes and coached senior leadership team. • Led a team of 10 people that redesigned 9 major business processes for a Multi-national Oil & Gas producer. Responsible for agreeing this $2.25m programme.
