Project description

Existing business processes in the application were documented and analyzed. Weaknesses and needed updates were identified and agreed with relevant personnel. Improvements and updates were agreed and GAP analyses and implementation plan were prepared. The new processes were programmed by the client’s development center and tested and implemented in close cooperation with client personnel and customers.

Results

The application which was already at the top of the market was upgraded to be undoubtedly the best application in the marketplace which efficiently manage and support overall business models from request to invoice in the electronics industry. Targeted marketing of the SCEM system led to the sales of several system installations in Scandinavia.
