Issues/Project definition:  A thorough analysis of the business demonstrated an urgent need for a review of OPEX costs concerning production and materials flows. The business operated antiquated and inefficient business processes to manage and control job allocation and follow up, quality levels and waste,  materials flow, project and contractor management

Process description:

Needs, weaknesses and opportunities in factories in Denmark and across Europe  were identified, documented and quantified and agreed across the client organization. Extensive action plans were prepared and GAP analyses and implementation plans were agreed and communicated.

New and improved planning, flow management and follow up processes were implemented with line and platform management.  LEAN initiatives were implemented with production management and  personnel across HQ  and the production units.
