• A new, transparent and efficient operating model based on the PULL principle was developed and implemented across business units.
• Appropriate systems, processes and communication tools to ensure operational alignment across the organization were developed and implemented.
• A Management by Exception Supply Chain management and monitoring system and processes was developed and implemented.
