Existing business models and processes were documented and analyzed. Weaknesses and opportunities were identified and agreed with client personnel. Improvement actions were agreed and GAP analyses and implementation plan was prepared. New and improved processes and models were tested and implemented in close cooperation with client personnel.
The client now operates simple and effective models and processes which support the overall business model of the client from request to invoice. Furthermore knowledge was transferred to enable client personnel to adapt processes and models in accordance with the development of the business and it’s commercial reality.
