Our remit was to review and document production capability and productivity improvement potentials across the production units in Sweden, whilst ensuring full adherence to GMP and other global and local production and hygiene standards.
We did a comprehensive business analysis of :
- GMP adherence systems and procedures
Production capabilities and performance, i.e capacities, delivery performance, quality performance, delays and deviations, throughput in terms of volumes and time. - Production forecasting and planning – Forecasting, Procurement, Planning, Scheduling, Execution, Reporting, Follow Up and Continuous Improvement
- CAPA and deviation ID and quantification procedures and systems – FMEA and Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solving optimization
- Organizational Design – Leadership Development, Roles & Responsibilities, Strategic Goal Alignment & Resource Allocation
